Methodology

 

For 30 years SORINT.lab has operated in the IT sector collaborating with market leading multinational companies.

In order to address discerning and enterprise clients and to offer efficiency in costs, quality and agility, SORINT.lab applies an ever-improving methodology. We are UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified.

All of the methodologies allow simple governance of services and projects to our clients, based on a punctual release and sharing of   all documentation concerning processes, data and activities performed during services in order to make the client more and more autonomous in the decision-making of its infrastructure.

Hybrid onsite and remote Service Desk

The methodology is based on ITIL Best Practices  for all support services, also making reference to COBIT (it is estimated that 5% of ITIL certified Italians work in SORINT) 

We are ISO 20000 certified for the following scope: IT service management systems that support the delivery of remote administration, management and monitoring services of customer IT infrastructure.

We are ISO 27001 certified for Information Security Management. Our aim is to always safeguard our customers safety and provide assurance of our highest quality standards in everything we do.

We also have DEVOPS experts ready to respond to any company's new needs of continuous deployment.

Planning/Design

We have developed an internal methodology taking inspiration from and adapting the  PMI e Prince2 methodologies of which we are also consultants and certified experts.

Development and Integration

Development, based on a model of collaboration with the client who is always involved with our development teams, is in the style of the Agile methodology of which we are experts, and upon which we base our developments.
